Shipping Promotion

Receive free Standard Shipping within Canada on any purchases. Please see Order Processing Times and Shipping Restrictions below for additional information.

Shipping Options


  • Free Standard Shipping: 5 to 8 business days (excluding processing time 8-10 weeks)


  • Flat rate $15 Standard Shipping: 10 to 14 business days (excluding processing time 8-10 weeks) 


  • Flat rate $25 Standard shipping, 10 to 14 business days ( plus 8 to 10 weeks processing time). 


Order Processing Times

  In order to bring you the best pricing, we do not keep extra inventory and all of our dresses are made to order to keep our cost low and offer better pricing to our clients.  Standard processing time will be 8 to 10 weeks plus shipping time.  All orders are subject to availability on the fabric and credit authentication. During sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may be required.

Shipping Restrictions

Unfortunately, we will not be shipping to any P.O. Box addresses, rural postal codes, and remote locations considered "beyond points" at this point in time.


Shipping To Multiple Addresses

You may only ship to one address per order.

If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address. For corporate orders, please contact us for assistance and we'll be happy to help you out.


Taxes & Duties

Customers will be responsible for all duties  and taxes and if a parcel is returned due to customers refusal to pay for duties, we will deduct all all shipping charges incurred + $30 administrative fee. 


Order Tracking Information

Once an order has shipped, we'll send you an e-mail with the tracking number. Just click on the link to take you to the carrier's website to track the progress of your shipment. It may take 72 hours for your tracking number to be activated on our carrier's site.

You can also track your order in your order history. 

Please note orders of high value require a signature upon delivery.


Refused Shipments

We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your box arrives in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery and contact us so that we can assist you with your order as needed.

Please note that if you refuse your order, or any part of it without authorization, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.


Redirecting An Order

Please make sure your shipping address is correct—we cannot redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Sorry!
